    Corporate IT of Deutsche Börse Group is in charge of end user workplace experience, voice & communication, application development and operations for all group processes such as Financial Core, Customer Care, Control & Corporate Processes, as well as Deutsche Börse Group’s Reference Data Platform. We also develop and operate our Enterprise Analytics and Digital Boardroom which are the core of sharing and measuring our group’s success.

    Tasks / Responsibilities within Corporate IT of Deutsche Boerse Group (DBG):
    • Design next generation user experience for external clients as well as all internal client-related functions (Sales, Client Services, Operations)
    • Design next generation customer lifecycle for DBG with low-touch processes like onboarding, know-your-customer, sales automation, interaction
    • Build and extend C4 as a platform that fully integrates into DBGs S4/HANA target picture that allows further automation like AI/ML, self-learning, and seamless experience
    • Process re-design and simplification (back to standard) jointly with internal clients, and build an integration into the existing landscaope for customer / financial industry specific needs;
    • End-to-end project delivery in scope, budget, timeline, and stakeholder management
    • Continuous collaboration and communication into the organization, internal client teams, and up to C-level
    • Ideally: experience in working in a regulated environment (Financial / Insurance Industry, Public services)

    Qualifications / Required Skills:
    • 15+ years experience in software industry with background in market leading Software-as-a-Services solutions like SAP, Salesforce, Workday, or others;
    • Thereof at least 10+ years experience in customer care project implementations of medium / high complexity, with proven background in SaaS-solution implementations
    • Product management background with end-to-end responsibility of project delivery and hypercare phase, client training, communication & collaboration
    • Strong process orientation and client focus, including constant benchmarking and measurement of delivery;
    • Experience in agile project methodologies and reporting – both IT internal as well as ambassador on the client side;
    • Strong presentation skills to internal and external stakeholders up to C-Level – simple, smart, convincing
