As Account Manager, you are the first point of contact for all matters relating to new customers. You will build and develop a close bond with our customers. You are completely responsible for our customers orders, and will make sure all their needs are swiftly taken care of. You will also be involved in a range of internal projects. For your first 8 weeks we will provide you with an experienced "Buddy", who will give you plenty of advice and assistance to get you started. After this initial period we will of course provide you with all the support you need to reach your goals. In Account Management we stick together, even when the going gets tough. We pride ourselves on our professionalism, but still have fun at work. Above all, we celebrate our successes together, and in case of setbacks, we support each other.
- A bearer of knowledge - You have completed your bachelor's degree in a business-related subject and have already gained 2-3 years of experience in sales or customer service.
- A digitisation guru - You bring with you a technical mindset and you are a fan of digitization.
- A gifted communicator - You enjoy dealing with people and are a talented communicator in excellent German and English.
- Service-driven - You always keep the customers’ needs in mind.
- A quick learner - You work solution-oriented, independently and can quickly learn new things.
